About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and Oklahoma and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
My work centers on helping individuals navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, and seasons of change with greater clarity and confidence. I am especially passionate about working with couples, supporting partners as they build healthier communication, deeper connection, and more fulfilling relationships. I also enjoy helping clients reconnect with themselves so they can create lives that feel grounded, peaceful, and authentic.
